Imagine this: You’re seated at a teppanyaki grill, the air thick with sizzling anticipation. The chef, equal parts artist and magician, stands before you wielding knives that flash like lightning. With a flourish, they juggle utensils and launch shrimp into the air, only for you to catch them while in your seat. Vegetables dance across the griddle in a rhythmic clatter, steak sears with a dramatic hiss, and your senses are on high alert as fire blazes up in a quick, triumphant roar. Each bite bursts with flavor, but the experience? Pure, delicious theater.

OUR STORY
Hibachi was born from the vision of four brothers Huy, Giang, Chuong, and Dat who turned decades of culinary experience into a dream of their own. The journey began when they arrived in the United States, Huy and Giang starting as dishwashers and bussers before mastering the art of teppanyaki at Benihana. From there, they spent over 20 years with Marriott, perfecting their craft, winning national teppanyaki competitions, and climbing the ranks to management. Along the way, Chuong and Dat brought their expertise in sushi and teppan to the mix, completing the team. After years of learning every detail of the business, the four brothers took the leap cashing in their savings to create Hibachi, a place where passion, skill, and family come together at the grill.
